The original purchaser may return any product for full refund of the purchase price, within the first 30 days after original purchase (you must include your invoice as proof of purchase). After thirty days, defective product will be repaired, replaced or credited, at our option.
If your product is not working as expected, please submit a technical support request. Once your request has been received, one of our technical support reps will contact you with an RMA number and instructions on how to return the product.
All returns must be sent in the original anti-static clamshell packaging to protect the product in transit back to our warehouse.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required. Please submit an Online Support Request or call us toll free at (866) 215-9367. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of your package or the package will be refused for security reasons. Include a copy of your invoice and the complete product (you must include all components you received, in working, resalable condition).
Please use a shipping method which requires our signature, for your protection. Pack the product securely to prevent damage. Do NOT use a standard envelope; postal mailing machines will frequently damage the product or cause it to rip out of the envelope.
