What type of memory do I need?

Different systems require different types of memory. This can be a confusing process if you don’t know what Type of Memory your system requires.

We have made this process of finding the correct type of memory easy.

The Apple iMac G5 2.0GHz 20-inch (M9845LL/A) 2005 usually ships from the manufacturer with 256MB of RAM. In some cases, when upgrading, you will need to remove the existing memory and replace it with your new, higher capacity memory modules.
